This machine can directly fixed on the desk by screws ,it is mainly used in the one color screen printing.

 

The functions and features:

1.According to the height of the substrate ,chuck of the screen frame can adjust 5cm from top to bottom;

2. According to the needs, pallet can adjust 12cm from front to back;
3. By adjusting the turn buckle to suit different weight screen frames ;
4. Fixing the screen frame adopts aluminium alloy pressing plate ,and it can make the screen frame more stable;
5. Falling height of the screen frame can be adjusted by the support;

6.This machine is detachable structure, the user can install and use the machine according to the specifications and configuration of the full set of tools .

 

T-shirt type pallet of the machine is 55 cm (22 in) long, 45 cm(18 in) wide, the thickness is 1.8 cm (0.7 in);
Using furniture surface melamine high density board, the surface with small pits, and it is more suitable for printing T-shirt when scraping the pallet glue.

 

Before the complete installation , all the screws should be not fully tightened ; When finished all parts’  installation and the overall machine is adjusted alright ,we can tighten all the screws.
