This product uses a set of scrapers, inks and other materials and tools required for screen printing operations as one of the mobile tool material racks; it has strong practicability, convenient operation and improved work efficiency.
Structure and composition:
1. Screen frame placement area (8 screen frames can be placed, the length is 65 cm (25 inches); the width is 45 cm (18 inches), and the height of each rack is 5.5 cm (2 inches);
2. Squeegee placement area: the length of the scraper rack is 9 cm (3.5 inches); the width is 26 cm (10 inches); the height of each rack is 3.7 cm (1.5 inches)
3. Steel shovel placement area: There are 8 4.5 cm long and 0.3 cm wide insertion holes in the top platform area, which can accommodate 8 steel shovel of various sizes.
4. Printing ink or color paste preparation and display area: This area (excluding the steel shovel insertion hole area) is 63 cm long, 40 cm wide, placed 10 cm in diameter, and 24 cans of printing materials.
5. The bottom movable screen printing material rack has four two-inch universal casters with brakes; it can move in any direction within the working area.
