Matters needing attention:

  1. Preservation of photosensitive gel: Photosensitive gel is best stored at a low temperature of 20 °C and protected from light. Do not store in an environment above 25°C or below 5°C, otherwise, chemical and physical changes are likely to occur, affecting normal use. Please store diazonium in the refrigerator at 0-5 ℃.
  2. Screen plate degreasing: before coating photosensitive adhesive should be thoroughly cleaned with the special degreasing agent to remove grease and dirt. After full cleaning and drying, high-quality screen and high printing resistance can be obtained.
  3. Dissolution of photosensitizer: Pure water or pure water should be used to dissolve photosensitizer. If tap water is used directly, the minerals and rust in tap water will react chemically with the photosensitive adhesive, affecting the performance. In severe cases, the colloid will agglomerate and cannot be used normally.
  4. Drying oven temperature: the temperature of the drying oven is best below 40 ℃, 40 ℃, the photosensitive glue easily generates a thermal response, lowering the solution like sex. Instructions:

  1. Wash, degrease, and dry screen mesh. Remove grease and foreign contaminants with MSP cleanser.
  2. Dissolve provided diazo with 10% water of emulsion volume. Do not use warm water.
  3. Coat the emulsion slowly in order to prevent air bubbles.
  4. Dry-coated screen completely before exposure. Drying temperature up to 40°C(104°F).
  5. Pour the diazo solution into an emulsion. Mix it well. Prior to use, let mixed emulsions settle for one day.

Or for immediate use, filter it with screen mesh 100/cm or higher.

Method of use:

  1. Sensitization: dissolve the heavy nitrogen with about 70-100g of pure water. Then pour the diazo

the solution into the photosensitive adhesive and stir with a glass rod or wood rod until the bubbles

disappear.

  1. Coating: apply with the high-quality scraper. The characteristics of the coating are related to the

size and tension of the screen. Confirm The Times of coating according to the need for printing,

so as to obtain the required film thickness.If more than 2 projects are needed, the next project

must be carried out after the previous project coating screen plate is completely dry, otherwise,

the film will fall off.

or high-voltage gallium iodide lamp, the effect is better.
